Villa Valencia Townhome Apartments

The manager, Jessica, was so helpful! She gave me a tour of the property and was very informative! She was so friendly and easy going, it made me feel very comfortable and at ease.

Management is horrible, everywhere I’ve lived I had always had repairs even if it takes a couple of weeks for them to fix but in this case never. They never once came to fix anything and ever since I moved in the apartment wasn’t fixed fully I lived there 2 years never missed a payment my floor needed repair went multiple times to ask for fix, maintenance came to look at it they said they could fix it in one day never fixed it bc of management didn’t want to pay for it. I had kids living here one of them got hurt with the floor told them and they didn’t care we don’t like telling on people bc it’s not a Christian thing to do but I really don’t want anyone going through what we did so is why I’m posting. God bless y’all! They will say and bring up any excuse to sue tenants so please be careful.

The office manager, Jessica, is absolutely AMAZING!! She was incredibly helpful with everything and I love how friendly and bubbly she is! She made my experience memorable in the best way possible. Thank you Ms. Jessica!!

We love our townhouse and Ms.Jessica was so helpful and kind for helping us move in February. Me and my mom are forever grateful for her kindness. The location of the townhomes are in a nice area and all the neighbors are friendly and respectful.

This place is horrible. We first moved in we had a leak from our restroom into our kitchen, the leak was poop water leaking in my kitchen. The maintenance took care of the leak but they never came back to repair any of the damage the poo water left in my kitchen ceiling. We were late on rent in Jan and then not again until the virus hit, we were not able to pay rent on time because I had lost my job. The manager texts me and my roommate saying we were trash and liars and trying to use the system. When my stimulus check was deposited it was rejected and I was told I would get a check. She again called us liars. She then went after my truck. It has the apartments parking sticker but I had a flat tire and expired paper plates because I was not able to make a payment on my truck. So when she put a tag for tow on it I called the guy I am buying it from to beg him to send me a paper plate so it would not get towed. He agreed and I put the plate on it and spend my last money to get a tire. I sent her a picture that everything was fixed and she then tells me she hopes they are real because paper plates don’t have last that long. She calls people names and is very rude and unprofessional! There is so much more that I have proof of but I don’t have the time to say everything that is wrong with the management here. For the most park the property is not bad and the people that live here are nice. The management needs to be changed. There is no emergency number to call if you have a problem! If you call the office and no one is there, you can’t leave a message because the mailbox is not even set up.update!!! I moved out finally but before I was able to the NEW manager (without introducing herself) came up to me one day while I was getting ready to leave work and said I owed her $5000. I told her show me proof because I have my stubs. She never did. She filed for eviction and we went to court. And of course again they lost! Avoid this place at all costs. They will try and rip you off.
