Stop stop stop stop do not rent here!! The girl that have work in the desk does not know what she's doing but very arrogant. I've been without cable for 3 months trying to get ahold of spectrum but I was not even on the system as an apartment building she told me other customers don't have problems with it and it's probably something I'm doing. Then she finds out that department is not even on the Spectrum location. Without even apologizing just more attitude

I’ve had a great experience living at Tucasa Townhouse complex in Irving, Texas. One of the biggest reasons is how helpful and responsive Diana has been throughout the entire process. Diana has gone above and beyond to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure any concerns are handled quickly. She’s professional, kind, and genuinely cares about residents, which makes a huge difference. The community feels well managed, and having someone as reliable as Diana makes living here stress-free. I highly recommend Tucasa to anyone looking for a place where management truly supports its residents.

Sandra has always been very helpful i had lived here for years always very caring to us even when its not work related she is very compassionate to us if your not aware she hasn’t been working at Tucasa she left before Thanksgiving

Beautiful property! Staff is great and maintenance responds very quickly. I love how quiet the community is and how quick I can get to my job. Definitely recommend living here
