I lived here many years ago and just thought I'd leave a nice review. This place is on a very quiet street and Bob takes really good care of the property. My daughter was also able to walk to the elementary school everyday. The rent was reasonable back then and is still very reasonable now from what I see. It's an older property but well maintained and I never had any problems.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! They also own Radford place and took my application fee of $200 and denied me after telling me if anything came back on my credit (which we were honest about) that we would just pay a “risk-fee”. They denied it do to NOT meet their rental criteria. BUT DO NOT HAVE ANY RENTAL CRITERIA POSTED OR PROVIDED ANYWHERE ON THE PAPER APPLICATION THEY SENT IN A TEXT. THEY ALSO CHANGED THE RENT FROM 1875$ to 2195$ in a matter of a couple weeks. For units that are not updated with window ac units in almost every unit!!! They lied and scammed me out of my application money!

I have lived at Toler Place townhomes for about a year and a half. This is easily the best housing value in Irving! Spacious rooms with the cathedral ceiling in the living room. I love the gas fireplace and my little side yard. I have covered parking and pay a little extra for a full size storage unit right across the parking lot. Bob takes very good care of this property. It’s quiet and secure and close to everything. Thank you for a job well done!

Nice little single floor townhome community. Large spaces. Nice little fenced yards. Excellent place to live
