Very rude

Moving out asap!! I work from home and I am without the basic necessities of life. I often have no water since I moved in 2 years ago. They turn it off all day at least 3x week. Often I have no hot water even when the water is on due to issues with gas leaks. T-Mobile and AT&T do not service this area for wifi which also stinks as you are forced to use Frontier or Spectrum. So the wifi is also out very often. My friend/neighbors AC broke in the apartment below and they let her sit in her apartment without cold air for 5 days!!! It’s Texas and HOT!🥵 I’ve missed soooo much work over these issues. I’ve missed special occasions and important appointments over these issues. There has also been a very sudden increase in roaches when they bombed my neighbors apartment. I’ve called weekly requesting pest control for 3 months. They came once. The grass is also almost a foot high and there is litter everywhere. The only positive thing is the office staff. Nuvia has been exceptionally kind to me and I wish I could move her to my new apartments. She has always been polite even when I am complaining and I appreciate her sympathetic ear.

The management is the worst I've ever seen, especially the current manager, a super unpleasant woman with no ethics and terrible manners. I think the property owners should be more careful with the administrative staff they hire.

These apartments are not worth living in!! They cut the water off at least 3 days out of the 7 day week !! So if you work and come home smelly ,you can't shower !! You can't wash dishes ,can't cleanup !! These apartments are horrible!! I highly recommend nobody moves here ,and the maintenance suck also !! They come like a week or 2 late and patch stuff up never fix it !! They also cut power off alot if I could I would rate 0 ⭐
