I LOVED these apartments because of the very Efficient Laundry Mats. Also, the Pool is Very Clean all the Time!! Muchas Gracias Ustedes. Wow!!!

Moving into Sierra Vista has been such a great experience! The whole administration office made the whole process smooth and stress-free—they honestly the nicest leasing agents I’ve met in all of Dallas. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I felt at home from day one. The maintenance team is just as impressive—by far the fastest and most efficient I’ve ever seen. Every request is handled quickly and with a smile. I’m so glad I chose Sierra Vista—loving my new home here!

I just moved into Sierra Vista Apartments not too long ago and I really appreciate the opportunity that the Manager Aurora has given me to start all over and yes, she is a wonderful woman the cares for the community and citizens,and I promise to keep this place clean and Take care the property that, so far I have been treating the best from The team off sierra vista apt Dallas !!

Disappointed with the Management The management here is unprofessional. In particular, there’s an older woman with glasses—I’m not sure if she officially works in the office or not—but she is consistently rude to residents, which reflects poorly on the entire community the reality is that the management’s attitude and service are severely lacking. It’s disappointing and not what you’d expect from a place trying to present itself as a quality apartment complex. To make matters worse, the apartments are in a bad condition. Things are always breaking plumbing, appliances. There’s also a serious cockroach infestation that’s never properly addressed. The cockroaches are everywhere—even inside the fridge. It’s absolutely disgusting. At night, I can’t even get a glass of water without seeing them crawling all over the kitchen.

Their website says "Call for pricing." Why waste everybody's time? I hate apartments that don't have their prices upfront because they'll try to give you a studio for 2000 dollars or some shit. The website is the first thing people look to. Don't have prices? Say good bye to the majority of your potential clients.
