Great office staff. Process was easy. Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I just move to Sierra Heights and I love how fast the process was, I was offered their summer special. Receptionist Maria helped me with everything shes the best, I highly recommend moving here. The apartment it self is really clean.

Cindy is a horrible person and she is rude and unprofessional disrespectful and she is never even in the office they have ants and roaches bad the day I moved in the AC was broken and it took them 4 days to fix it and when I asked Cindy for the mailbox key she said she was going to press charges on me because I asked her to much please don't waste your money or time these people do not respect anyone's money or time

Need newer management, current manager is AWFUL and makes false accusations without checking they’re supposed functional cameras. I hate wasting my time doing these kind of things, but the manager was incredibly unfair and accusing us for something they could’ve instead checked their cameras first before inciting drama. Will be reporting her as she didn’t even had the audacity to make eye contact and proceeded to help other people, terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time here. They’re also under a lot of “upgrades”. They’re terrible at communicating with residents about changes and blame residents who were unaware to begin with. Don’t stay quiet! People like this woman will just walk all over you and disrespect you.
