Juan Ramirez was AMAZING. I can’t say enough great things about our maintenance technician! He replaced our water heater quickly and professionally, and made the whole process completely stress-free. On top of that, he noticed the caulking around our bathtub needed attention and replaced it without even being asked. That kind of attention to detail and care really goes a long way. He was respectful, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. We truly appreciate the extra effort and excellent service. Thank you for going above and beyond!

My experience with the residential management has significantly deteriorated since the change in leadership in December. I particularly miss the consistent presence and responsiveness of the previous manager, Leslie. The current manager, also named Leslie, is frequently absent from the office, often working remotely or taking days off. Attempts to contact the office typically result in being directed to her mobile phone, which often goes unanswered, with delayed responses occurring hours later. Consequently, the office is frequently closed. Furthermore, a significant concern arose with the implementation of new co-service fees following the management transition. These fees, categorized as "utilities," were not previously charged to my account. While it's possible these were overlooked by previous management, the current management has retroactively applied these charges, creating a substantial financial burden. I am only now able to reconcile my monthly rent payments due to these accumulated charges. Additionally, interactions with the current office staff have been challenging. They often exhibit a lack of communication, and when they do engage, their responses are inconsistent and contradictory.

They were great when I moved in, now since Morgan property has took over and the original managers quit, the new office attendant ia NEVER in office and they are maybe open 3 days a week now. Leslie is never at the office when they say they are open, no one is in. Very difficult to do anything now, or have anything get done.

I recently moved in to Rochelle plaza and it was such a smooth experience.Management genuinely help me out so much and made things much easier on the moving part . The girls in the office (Lesly and Esmeralda) are truly amazing individuals.They are so attentive to anything I need ,I really have to thank them for how much they helped me in my situation in trying to get an apartment. They could have easy turned me away but they didn’t.I was going through so much in my personal life and they brought a sense of relief and security In my life.🙌🏻 I’ve been living here for about 4 months now and every time I have a question / put a request for maintenance or any concerns of mine they are so quick to show up and that is highly appreciated. So if you’re thinking about it… DO IT!! Come meet some friends ☺️🌸 The property is clean, the apartments are updated, I love my Long kitchen Island, I’m loving my place ❣️ and my neighbors are all so sweet and calm🫶🏼

Rochelle plaza was one of my first apartments back in the day, and management and maintenance was horrible!! They were always so rude, and shady. One of my close friends recently moved in and told me how much of a smooth experience she had. Management was genuinely helping her and make things much easier on the moving part . The girls in the office (Lesly and Esmeralda) are truly motivated individuals. Who take a passion on what they do.I really have to thank them for how much they helped me in my situation in trying to get an apartment. They could have easy turned me away but they didn’t. So if you’re thinking about it… DO IT!! The property is clean, the apartments are updated, the square footage for the price very reasonable in this market! Just moved in! 🤗🤗🤗 And I’m loving my place. My neighbors are very calm and friendly. I found a place where I feel safe and I can truly call home❤️🏠
