It's a very peaceful community. I often walk in and around it, and the trees and plants are beautiful. There's a creek and a side area where there are fish, and many ducks and some herons come to rest and feed. It's kept very clean and tidy. The management is very proactive and keeps residents informed about any outstanding issues. I've lived here for 11 years.

The condos are older but fair when keeping up. The only thing we have issues with is getting HOA to repair the patio.

The landscape with the yuccas is gorgeous! Yucca filamentosa or Adam´s needle with the red yucca at the back are in the best moment with their flowers: yellowish and red, respectively.
