If you are thinking of moving into the Irving Las Colinas area I highly recommend the Promenade apartments. Ask for Andrea Juarez. She is amazing and patient and sure to make you want to move in same day! Come check her out!

Faustino is truly amazing. He is always kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. Whenever we have an issue or need assistance, he responds quickly and immediately works to help solve the problem. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to support residents make a huge difference. He is reliable, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is taken care of. It is always a pleasure interacting with him because he is friendly, patient, and efficient. We truly appreciate all of his hard work and dedication. In the four years I have lived here, I have loved this property. They provide excellent maintenance service, thanks to the entire staff—and especially Mr. Faustino, who is very efficient and dedicated to his work.
