Horrendous customer service. They never pick up their phones and instead chose to replace with Oliver. Oliver is unhelpful, causes no actions, and is just a distraction. When you call, they also have an AI call center in the background which is a bad idea. Incredibly annoying, please get rid of Oliver.

I have lived here for 2 years now and the maintenance team has been great. I want to give a huge thank you to the maintenance team for their quick response and professionalism. Milton and Josue were amazing, every time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve been friendly, respectful, and efficient. They always make sure the job is done right and leave everything clean afterward. It’s really appreciated to have a team that works so hard to keep the property safe and comfortable for residents. Great service all around!

Dated complex. Took a tour and the homes have attempted to be updated but hinged had caked on paint and more. They've tried to update it and it just isn't a good attempt. Gals in the leasing office were nice. Also, hallways are all open to elements.

Its the worst bulding apartment all high rate whyyyy because its front the lake annnnnd its old buildings and not perfect but guess what they will give one on the street with cars noise and train sooo baaad I'm really feel soo sadddd because they will charging 3000$ if i broke my lease rn bro be safe and stay away 😢
