I have been living at Olympus since January of 2021 and it has been an overall, good experience. We didn't have any major issues in our unit in the West building. Our apartment overlooked the lake and it is such a beautiful view. We are moving into a 3 bedroom, so we did not renew our lease this month. I will miss this view so much! We had front row seats for the events happening on the lake, including our favorite 4th of July show. I will say, it can get quite noisy when there are events. I've been woken up a few times bright and early on the weekend, to people speaking on microphones across the lake. Some events had music playing all day, which does get a bit annoying. But it wasn't a major issue since the apartments are directly across from the Levy Plaza. The front office staff has been amazing and tentative since the day we moved in. Maintenance gets the orders done so fast and they have never been rude. My only complaint is the windows not being aligned or "on track." Some windows in my unit are hard to close and lock, so they are crooked. We do see the big waterbugs/water roaches but it's expected living off a lake. And the Valet Living trash pickup has been a hit or miss. They always have to bring in new staff because the workers are just lazy and do not walk the whole floor to pick up ALL trash. Overall, it has been an amazing experience living here and I will definitely miss the view. Please take the reviews with a grain of salt - there are a lot of things that I have read that are out of the office's control (such as the trash being left on the floor near the trash chutes). There have been plenty of emails sent out reminding residents not to leave trash bags on the floor. I feel like they can only do so much in the front office. Anyways, it has been a wonderful experience!

The only pro to this apartment is the location on the lake. I’ve lived here a year, our gate to the garage that I pay $65 a month for a secure parking spot has been broke the ENTIRE TIME. They give the run around about how it will be fixed. It takes a year? This has caused safety issues for me with random people banging at my door, I’ve even had to call the cops and have someone arrested at 4 am. The hallways are FILTHY. One of my neighbors let their dog defecate all over in front of my door and in the hallway, maintenance was nowhere to be found to clean it up. After I followed up two times, I HAD TO CLEAN IT UP. Unacceptable. People smoke cigarettes and marijuana in the hallways and leave it all over the place. So disgusting and inconsiderate. I’ve had the same issue the full year living here with my toilet not flushing. The toilet flushes 10% of the time. Of course, maintenance is rude, lazy, and won’t fix it when there is clearly a plumbing issue. We also pay $30 a month for valet trash who have not came in over a month. That’s $95 wasted for me. The interior of these apartments look like a toddler built a DIY home. You can see the glue holding my island and cabinets together. The paint job is awful and is chipping away. My kitchen island and oven aren’t even level. My dishwasher and freezer were both broke when I moved in, so I didn’t have either for a month. Not to mention, the washer and dryer was missing which also took a month! This place does NOT care for their residents at all. Issues left and right and nobody is working to resolve them. Ridiculous.

Vanessa at The Olympus Apartments in Las Colinas was fantastic. I stopped by this beautiful, well-kept property today and was greeted with a warm smile and truly positive energy. She made the visit welcoming and easy. I highly recommend this community and their amazing staff!

I regret ever signing a lease at Olympus Las Colinas. From the very beginning, dealing with management has been a nightmare. They are consistently unresponsive and downright rude when I try to report issues. The worst part is their complete disregard for maintenance requests. My air conditioner was broken down before I moved in, which was in the middle of summer, and despite multiple calls, it took them weeks to fix it. Plumbing problems are constant, and management’s response is always delayed and half-hearted. The noise levels are unbearable. The walls are so thin that I can hear everything my neighbors are doing, from their TV shows to conversations. It’s impossible to get any peace here. And to top it off, the common areas are filthy. Trash is often left out, and the hallways look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The so-called “luxury” amenities are a joke. The garage feels unsafe, and there are never enough parking spots. And don’t even get me started on how overpriced this place is. I’m paying premium rent for an experience that’s far from luxurious. I seriously regret ever moving here and would warn anyone considering this place to stay far away.

Been here for 2 years - it’s been amazing! The maintenance staff specifically Noel has been absolutely amazing - prompt and goes out of their way to help you on everything. Ofcourse the view from the apartment is perfect with a dog park next door!!
