It has been an absolute pleasure working with Carla who helped me secure my residence. She was very professional, informative and intelligent. The manager engaged with me throughout my rental process as well. Everyone was super nice, accommodating and supportive! I highly recommend making Bridges at Oakbend a place to call home for you and your family!

We have lived here for almost 4 years. We have lived here in 2 different apartments. We transferred from a third floor to a second floor and of course they were in 2 different buildings. We have always had a quick response to maintenance requests. The area is kept clean. One time, the AC went out in the middle of the night, They were here the next day and it was repaired that day! A motor inside was replaced.

I’ve had such a great experience living ! The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The property is well-kept and feels very safe and welcoming. The amenities are top-notch — I especially love the [pool/fitness center/dog park,and everything is always clean and in great condition. The location is super convenient which makes daily life so much easier. Overall, this has been one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home!

A new season has occurred in my life. I’m about to move to another town an hour and 20 minutes from my job because my cousin who has always been there for me needs my help with his property while being treated for a medical condition. I have been very blessed with the services and help that has been given to me. The maintenance has been outstanding and I do plan on coming back when he is in better health. I would definitely recommend Bridges at Oakbend as a great community to live and meet new friends.

I’ve been living at Bridges at Oak Bend for 2 years and I have to say the experience has been getting better, especially thanks to the new community events organized by Stephanie, the manager. In the past, we didn’t have many activities, but now she’s been putting together some awesome events that really bring the community together. Whether it’s seasonal celebrations or fun gatherings at the pool, these events have made a big difference in making the place feel more like home. Pros: • Stephanie and the staff are friendly, approachable, and committed to improving the community. • Maintenance requests are handled promptly. • The apartment layouts are spacious and well-maintained. Overall, I’m really pleased with the recent changes and how Stephanie’s leadership has made a positive impact. If you’re looking for a community-oriented apartment with great management, I’d recommend Bridges at Oak Bend.
