A 0 rating. This place is disgusting and maintenance lies and closes requests and nothing done. Maintenance riding around on golf cart doing nothing. My friends do not deserve living there. We have pictures of proof, emails, and recordings. We filed a complaint with the city, Code Enforcement Office and Health Department Replying: Discuss what with your office? They are part of the problem. Getting paid and doing nothing. Your establishment could care less. That's why you're overcharging tenant's too. I pray all complaints to the city and code enforcement helps. If not, there's always Fox4 News

Im writing this review because my friend had to come to my house to shower for several weeks because she does not have HOT WATER. Please fix this issue and I will remove my review, until then go fix the water, spray for roaches and get rid of the mice. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

Update: they want me to remove my review even when we still don't have our water issue fixed. They marked our maintenance request as completed while we still have a hole in our shower. Again, not removing anything until we get our hot water fixed! We shouldn't have to struggle with such a basic necessity! If we could give this place 0 stars, we would. We've been without hot water for 2 months and they just won't fix it! We keep having to heat up water at the stove and use buckets as if we live in a 3rd world country. Talk about a living misery!
