I spent four days looking at countless apartments. Only one other property was professional and is a contender of mine simply because of proximity to work. This is my number one choice because the staff was immediately attentive, the building looks well maintained and Joshua was super professional - a quality that is missing in every other place in the Irving area. I plan on moving here as soon as my current lease expires and I’ve been day dreaming about it ever since. Thank you Joshua for helping my family feel confident that we know where our next home will be! Also, I was impressed with how he knew what some of the negative reviews were and how they have addressed those concerns. Thank you for being honest and being genuine with us! Update on 12/24/2025: so far the move in was amazing and I am so happy we choose this as our residence. We recently also had Luis help fix some minor maintenance in the apartment. He fixed a door knob to close shut, our shower head and cleared up a stain in the ceiling. He was so quick to respond to our work orders and was super clean. You wouldn’t have know. A maintenance person was in the apartment. He is easy to talk to and understand the concern and is always warm with greetings when we see him in the hallways. I appreciate the staff here and Luis for his professionalism and work ethic.

Kaylee is one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever encountered. The apartments are stunning, and the pool is simply incredible and CLEAN. What’s more, Kaylee is incredibly friendly and welcoming to the residents they come in just to ask for her and she is so attentive with their requests and issues. Everyone here is incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend living here. Please ask for Kaylee; she won’t disappoint you!
