-Living at MAA Bella Casita has been an amazing experience. From the moment I toured with Laila, I felt welcomed and valued. The apartments are beautiful, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. I love the atmosphere of the community — it feels safe and inviting. The rest of leasing office team truly cares about residents, and maintenance is always prompt and efficient. It’s hard to find a place that checks all the boxes, but this one definitely does!

This is such a wonderful community to live in! I’ve stayed at multiple MAA properties, and they always impress me with their level of care and service. The maintenance team is amazing, and Raul Barraza truly goes above and beyond. He’s friendly, respectful, and incredibly helpful. He fixed our microwave and arranged for a brand-new replacement in less than a day. That kind of responsiveness really makes a difference and makes you feel taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I’ve lived at MAA Bella Casita for almost three years, and unfortunately the experience has steadily gone downhill. Parking is a constant issue. There are never enough regular spots available, and instead of fixing the problem, management sectioned off even more spaces for electric vehicles — making normal parking even worse. At the same time, there’s plenty of covered parking conveniently available for an extra $50 per month, which feels intentional to push residents into paying more rather than actually solving the shortage. The elevator breaks down at least twice a month and is often out of service for days — sometimes even weeks. For a complex with multiple floors, this is extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially for anyone with mobility issues. Noise has been another major problem. I’ve had a neighbor repeatedly violate quiet hours for over a year now. I’ve reported it multiple times, and the office consistently brushes it off without taking real action. Nora, who is in charge in the office, allowed the situation to go on without stepping in to properly resolve it, letting it fall under other staff instead of addressing it directly. After over a year, nothing has changed. Imagine being woken up to horrible music making, beats and loud obnoxious neighbor screaming at his video game from 11pm-4am and having to wake up for work with little to no sleep. It wasn’t just subtle noise. It was over the top. They just allow anyone to move over here and it has decreased the value immensely. I’ve attached screenshots of the many emails I’ve sent and recordings I’ve sent of proof of the violations. Still they don’t honor it and fail to have a resolution. It even got to a point to where they suggested that I move units even though I wasn’t the one violating the rules. Insane. There also seems to be a high turnover rate in the front office. I’ve dealt with 3–4 different office staff members during my time here, which makes it feel disorganized and inconsistent when trying to get issues handled. Pest control is another concern. During the fall and winter months it feels like little to no bug control is done, and there has been an ongoing ant infestation problem. The only consistently positive part of living here has been the maintenance workers — they are responsive, professional, and do a great job whenever something needs fixing. They’re truly the highlight of the complex. If I could give it negative stars I would. This place is absolutely horrible and not worth what they are charging. This is my nice version of a review of this shitty place. Overall, between the parking problems, broken elevator, unresolved noise issues, pest problems, and office turnover, this complex has a lot of ongoing issues that management doesn’t seem motivated to properly address. I would strongly consider these things before choosing to live here.

The maintenance team here is truly beyond excellent, especially Raul. He is the hardest working person I’ve met. During the recent snowstorm, Raul was the only maintenance staff member who stayed onsite from Friday through now Monday (and possibly longer), sacrificing time with his family and avoiding dangerous road conditions just to make sure residents were taken care of. He was the only maintenance person onsite, and he came to my rescue when I needed help. I called the emergency line for an issue, and despite the extreme weather, Raul showed up in less than an hour. Even for non-emergency requests, the maintenance work he has helped me with has always been completed promptly and with great quality. MAA Bella Casita is incredibly fortunate to have a maintenance professional like Mr. Raul. He truly goes above and beyond.

Read the entire description. Security: ⭐️⭐️ Pests: ⭐️⭐️ Noise: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cost: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Maintenance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SECURITY: The first month we arrived here there was a person who tried to break into the apartment and other neighbors, we know this because it was recorded on the doorbell camera. Aside from that, an Amazon package was stolen and there are often homeless people roaming the hallways, parking lots, etc. Aside from the above, the entrance to the pool seems open to the general public, they come from elsewhere, I think they should change the code. PESTS: God, we couldn't leave a loaf of bread in a bag or in its packaging because the next day it was full of ants, we had to throw away a lot of food. NOISE: It is usually quiet but at night the passage of the dart can wake you up if you are a light sleeper. (Only applies to apartments with a view of the avenue). COST: The location is very good and the cost is affordable considering the location. MAITENANCE: are very efficient and fast, the services are attended to almost the next day. A lot of Ma Bella Casita's reviews only focus on maintenance (great staff work) requested after a service. It's unfair this is used to boost their reputation while ignoring serious issues like SECURITY
