We have been living at Lakeshore Lofts for about 2–3 years, and after considering moving, we ultimately decided to stay and do a transfer within the community because we genuinely enjoy living here. Richard helped us throughout the process with so much professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. The leasing staff overall has always made us feel welcomed and supported. One thing we truly appreciate is the sense of community here. The activities and events for tenants are honestly great and make the experience even more enjoyable. I also have no complaints about my apartment and have been very happy living here. We truly appreciate the team and would definitely recommend Lakeshore Lofts to anyone looking for a positive and comfortable place to live.

I have been enjoying my stay here at Lakeshore Lofts. Richard assisted me, and he is amazing and very sweet. They’re always having events for residents, and I truly love my apartment.

I just want to say I truly love living at Lakeshore Lofts 🥰 Me, my husband, and my daughter have been here for about three months now and I’m honestly still just as happy as when we first moved in. That almost never happens so this says a lot ❤️ Chris, Richard, and everyone in the leasing office have been amazing. They are all so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The maintenance team is also super fast. Anytime I put in a work order they rush to take care of it and that makes everything so stress free 🙏🏽 One thing I really appreciate is how Chris has helped me with my packages. Twice my packages were delivered to the wrong spot and he personally picked them up for me and made sure they got to my mailbox or the mailroom without me asking. That meant so much to me and I’m really grateful 💕 Everyone here is just so nice. I personally have not had anything to complain about at all. Even the train that passes by is not uncomfortably loud like I expected lol 😂 I have honestly never felt this comfortable leasing anywhere before. This really feels like my final stop and I definitely plan on staying here longer. The price is amazing for what you get and it is so worth it 🙌🏽 I highly recommend this apartment. It is the only one around here with 4.4 stars and I really don’t understand why it is not 5 stars because for me it is definitely a 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I do understand everyone has different opinions but this has been my experience 😊 Thank you so much to Chris, Richard, the leasing office, and maintenance for being so welcoming and friendly. You all really made this feel like home for me and my family ❤️
