La Valencia Dallas

We first came across this complex through apartments.com when our lease was expiring. The model room does need some updating because the actual apartments look much, MUCH BETTER. We did in-fact view 9 other apartment complexes through an apartment finder agent, but the warmth the staff from La Valencia provided kept bringing us back. We decided to move in and the management staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to our work schedule they were willing to keep up with updates via email, and calls which was very helpful. Alice the apartment manager has been here for a while and you can tell she really loves taking care of the property is well kept very clean and super quiet Mon- Thursday 6am -9pm Friday- Sunday 6am -7pm you can hear the nearby business music a bit nothing exaggerated. It does give the apartment complex a HOME feeling. The apartment complex is going through renovations slowly started with the gym and I heard the pool will be updated too, which im looking forward to. Viviana and Sandra are great as well, and really nice and reliable as well as understanding. Overall I rated it a 5 star do to the service the staff provided but independently are as follows: property celanese 4.8 you have your occasional leaves 🍁 here and there. gym 3.5 (p.s) at the time of review is going through renovations slowly. Pool area 4.8 Very clean just doesn’t have grills but you can use your personal grills as long as you stay at a distance from the buildings safety first. Staff a 5 super friendly and easy to talk to. Location: 5 next to a major interstate freeway, and restaurants. Pricing: super affordable in this economy. Area for improvement, white walls makes the apartments look more spacious and bright white LED lighting. 2 grills in the pool area. And an elevator would be nice cause’ on leg days the stairs are a bit hard to come up. PLEASE WORK ON YOUR LEGS 🦵 these stairs are not for the weak. Enough for the weak. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the property is beautifully maintained, which makes a huge difference in the overall living experience. That said, one area that could use improvement is the gym. While it’s functional, the equipment is starting to feel a bit outdated. Upgrading the gym with more modern equipment would be a great addition to an otherwise excellent complex.

The office staff are always welcoming, hopeful, and incredibly kind. The maintenance team is consistently on top of service requests, always helpful, and does a great job keeping the property in tip-top shape. Everyone here at I La Valencia has been awesome to me, and I truly appreciate the care and effort they put into the community.

I was visiting some friends who have been living here for many years and they spoke very highly of the apartments. Because of that, once my visit was over, I decided to stop by the office to get more information. The people who helped me were super friendly and welcoming. They answered all my questions and cleared up all my doubts, which made me feel really comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back once my current lease ends, and I can already see myself calling this place home

I came into La Valencia Apartments today, and Alicia and Viviana assisted me so well. They made the application process very smooth and were both extremely helpful and kind. I have visited many apartments trying to find the right home for my daughter and me, and from the very beginning they made me feel truly welcome. They gave me peace of mind knowing that I finally found a place to call home. I cannot wait to move in soon!
