We helped move our son into Fountain Pointe this past weekend. After looking at many apartment complexes in the area, we found Fountain Pointe to be the best for its lovely accommodations, amenities, and security. I want to especially thank the leasing manager, Mariella, for her care in finding the best unit to fit our son’s needs, excellent communication throughout the leasing process, and obvious pride and care of the Fountain Pointe property. She has been a delight and stands out from the other leasing agents we interacted with at other apartment complexes.

I had a great experience touring the unit. Mariella was incredibly friendly and detail-oriented, and she took the time to understand what I was looking for. She helped me find the best option and made the entire tour smooth and enjoyable. Update after moving in: I’ve now moved in, and my experience has continued to be great. The community is very clean and well-maintained, and the management team seems very organized. The move-in instructions were clear, which made the process much smoother. Mariella has also been very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions, and she made sure everything was taken care of. I’m glad I chose this community and I’ve been enjoying my new home so far.
