Well unfortunately I tried getting a rental verification because this other property needs it, and they the old lady that speaks Spanish, told me no, even the other leasing agent who wanted to ask for a rental verification told me they spoke to her really really rude. Elizabeth. This is so unprofessional, I understand your policy doesn’t allow you, but there is better ways to do it. The other leasing agent showed me the call audio, and I was so surprised on how this ladies thinks is okay to talk over you, I am glad the leasing agent where I’m moving handled it, so professional and one of the main reasons why I moving with them. This place is horrible, don’t move here guys, and I’m pretty sure they write their own reviews because they is no way you guys have 4.2. She even call me an old lady the way she expressed about me was not professional. So sad. People like this should not have a job.
