Cayman Las Colinas

This was my first apt after moving to Dallas. The leasing staff and the apartment community amenities are really well maintained. The area around is really nice especially because of the Lake Carolyn. Had to move out because drive to downtown from here for work was becoming too much for me. Would recommend this apt community to anyone looking for a nice place in the lake Carolyn area

My family has been living here for a while now and they love it here! The well-maintained community amenities speak for themselves, and the staff is always willing to lend a helping hand.

Quiet and good community.

I've lived here for over a year and have always appreciated how approachable and kind Madacen- the Community Director is. Since the first time I stepped in the property she’s been extremely helpful. She genuinely cares about the residents and goes out of her way to make sure things run smoothly. It's rare to find someone so professional and warm at the same time. I'm grateful to call this place home!

Not a terrible place to live.. it’s close to a lot of things. It may be one of the older buildings in the area but it does the job just fine… if you are specifically looking for a place that has EV charging I’d definitely look elsewhere. Some residents (a lot of times the same cars) park there for hours and hours without charging… in some cases it’s even days. It’s used more as a parking spot rather than a charger for people who need it. I think management needs to come up with a better plan to notify these people who continue to do this… after X amount of warnings maybe they can receive a small fine or something because this problem is absolutely horrible and there’s no solution in sight.
