This is the worst place I have ever lived at. Living near the pool is absolutely terrible. “Quiet hours” aren’t so quiet. If you report any noise, they want YOU to identify who it was. Don’t yall have cameras? In addition; smoke alarms and other alarms - going off throughout the night, NON STOP. You let the apt know, they basically tell you that they didn’t have any other reports so they don’t do anything. Parking: HORRENDOUS, if you are planning on living there, make sure you pay for a covered spot (which is crazy I must say). Otherwise you won’t have a space to park, neither will your visitors. Towing is also a huge issue there - hope you have a couple of hours and 400.00 to go pick up your car in south dallas. Also, CHARGING to keep your packages? Lol. What a joke. The smell is also ATROCIOUS throughout the complex. Good luck to anyone living there.

I hope you have the best time trying to find a parking spot ;) I was towed 3 times and booted twice. Demanded a refund since I had no place to park for an appt i was paying $2500/ month for. Never got a refund or any help at all. Absolute worst experience i have ever had

I want to acknowledge and thank Yosbany for his excellent attitude and kindness. Today he saw me unloading groceries from my car and, without me even asking, he came over to help. He carried the bags to my apartment door, which was a huge help. I want to highlight his willingness to help, his respect, and his excellent service. People like Yosbany make this condominium a better place to live and demonstrate a true commitment to the residents. Thank you so much, Yosbany, for your help and for the excellent service you provide.

Just moved in! All staff are very friendly and nice! The apartment complex is very clean and quiet. Specifically have to give 5 stars to the maintenance staff Yosvani, this dude helped me move my heavy furniture packages to my apartment. Couldn’t ask for more! He definitely deserves a raise for that! Over all, I am happy about my move in progress!

I had initially left a poor review due to bad management a few years ago but the current management company and leasing office team made a huge difference. I’ve moved out now, and Brandon was the hugest help on that process! He went above and beyond to ensure all my move out items were taken care of. He was always a joy to see around the complex and was constantly on top of any issue or concern I brought to him. Thankful for my time at the Amblar thanks to the new team!
