I just want to extend my heartfelt thanks to leasing staff. Adam and Bertha was really helpful in making my next move a smooth move. From the apartment tour to the answering of all my questions, they were there each step of the way. My new unit is very nice and my view is spectacular. Adam and Bertha are very knowledgeable and such pleasant people. Thank you Adam and Bertha for all your help in securing my new apartment.

Rene is a 5 star office manager! We will be going on our 3rd lease term, and this is the longest I've stayed in one apartment in the past decade. If there are any concerns, I know if I bring them to Rene, they will be addressed. Thankful to live in this little slice of Europe here within the US, my favorite part is the oil burning lanterns that light up the exterior walls at night. Makes me feel like a romantic.

I had the pleasure of working with Bertha at the Alesio Leasing Office, and she truly went above and beyond! I was touring on behalf of an out-of-state client, and Bertha made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient while walking me through the unit and answering all of my questions. What really stood out was her warm, welcoming personality and her attention to detail—she highlighted features my client would care about and took the time to explain the community amenities thoroughly. She never made me feel rushed and made sure I had everything I needed to relay back to my client. As a real estate professional, I work with many leasing agents, and Bertha is one of the very best I’ve encountered. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care for people make her such an asset to the Alesio team. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend reaching out to Bertha—you’ll be in great hands!

At first glance, Alesio Urban Center looks like a dream—modern units, nice layout, and seemingly upscale amenities. But that illusion fades fast. Within my first few months, my apartment flooded twice due to random water line breaks. The property is constantly dirty—trash everywhere, roaches in the units, dog poop and cigarette butts all over the grounds, property gets graffiti’d and pools left unkept., and the overall lack of care is obvious. Maintenance is slow or non-existent, and management is all talk. They’ll claim they want to “hear your concerns” and “make things right,” but nothing actually gets fixed. I literally counted down the months and days left on my lease starting just three months in. I moved out six months ago and waited to post this review after reading others say they had issues with not receiving their deposits or being charged unfairly at move-out. Thankfully, I didn’t experience that—my move-out process was actually smooth and pleasant. But that doesn’t excuse how poorly the property is managed overall. This was by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Don’t let the initial appearance fool you—living here was a constant headache.

I’ve been here for a week, and I’ve never complained about apartments in my whole life until now. Unfortunately, this is what you get for $1705/month for a 2B/1B apartment here. We are in Unit 180, and the walls are so thin that you can hear the neighbor snoring and people above stomping a lot after midnight. It’s just pure inconvenience. The elevator smells like trash, and the hallways smell strongly of marijuana—no exaggeration! These are the problems we have in our unit: • The second bedroom’s closet doesn’t close, and the paint is coming off. • The second bedroom’s door doesn’t close, and paint is peeling. • The lavatory stopper in the bathroom sink is very rusty. • The faucet in the bathroom has mold. • The bathroom exhaust fan has a lot of mold. • The switch is faulty. • The dishwasher won’t clean properly due to water flow issues. • There are roaches all over the place due to multiple holes in the unit. • The lamps in the bathroom are very rusty. • The kitchen drawer is hard to close. • The light bulb holder in the living room is loose. • The glass stove top is very dirty. They haven’t fixed anything yet!!! It’s been frustrating..
