Woods of Spring Grove Apartments

When my sister and I arrived, it was honestly a difficult start, but I must commend Carlos for taking the initiative to ensure our move-in was smooth. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, especially during our moments of frustration and frequent follow-ups about our apartment. Carlos even took the time to check in on us periodically to ensure everything was going well. Ana has also been very welcoming and friendly, and things have improved since she took on the management role, which is great. Together, they work effectively to ensure their residents feel comfortable and at home.

When me and my sister moved from Cali to Texas it was a rough experience with the other staff. The communication and lack of understanding was unprofessional, but Carlos was amazing. He worked with us on making this experience as easy as possible given the professionalism from the other staff members. I really thank him for working with us especially after the hard time we were giving them as a whole. He was very attentive, took care of our needs, always welcoming, understanding of our concerns, efficient, compassionate , and more. If you need anything he is the person to go to! I was super nervous since this was my first time renting , but Maria was very patient with us. The whole process was fast and simple. The amenities on the property were nice and well kept. I personally enjoyed the open green areas since it is important to us since we do have a dog. Maria gave us all the information we needed and was able to resolve our concerns!
