I have lived here 3 years and so far they made great improvements towards the property. Maintenance is always on top of my works orders. The leasing agent is very sweet and helpful all the time. I have recently transferred to a fully remodeled unit and I could not be happier. The manager Candy has done an amazing job. I really enjoy living here and being so close to the best that Houston has to offer!

Currently living here and is deplorable living conditions. It floods with very little rain and when I tried to speak to the manager, she refused to speak to me, she told her staff to tell me to "just call my insurance." My neighbor told me she has been living here for 11 years and they have never done anything about it. They work with a predatory towing company, there is no parking space, you can only have one visitor per 24 hours, and they force you to rent a parking space or you won't find any parking! Stay away.

If you don’t end up reading my whole review let the take away be do not move here. I’ve lived here for not even a week and I already can not wait to get out!!! My experience has been the worst. First I’ll start from when I started the paper work. They had everything wrong and asked me five times to move in a specific date to take advantage of the special which I told them I couldn’t every time. I sent them everything in writing since the website didn’t allow me to go as far as I did for my move in date they assured me they would fix it. They never did which caused me have to get another apartment….. The times I went I called ahead of time to make sure they could take my checks and everything promptly as I went during my lunch breaks. They would make me wait for 30+ minutes. I would get back to work extremely late….I also spoke to the manager about how bad the staff was because it seemed like they never knew what was going on. Her response was I am sorry but you have to be patient with us because they’re new…. I have had enough patience with them and that’s also not my problem. If you guys can’t properly train your staff that doesn’t fall on the customers to be patient. When I moved in it seems like they didn’t do any inspection of the apartment. The water in the tub was boiling hot I couldn’t shower for 3 days, the fridge was extremely dirty and broken, the dishwasher didn’t work, and there were bugs and roaches everywhere. I sent in the work orders which have still yet to be done…. Things that should have been done before I moved in. I also live in a one bed room which doesn’t come with a washer or dryer or even plug ins for them. They told me they had laundry facilities. Went to use them this weekend one facility which none of the washer machines work and the other where only two work….. I called them and they told me “We don’t Handel those machines” it’s literally so frustrating…. Called again today to ask about when they will be coming to fix my dish washer someone finally answered (that’s another thing they never answer their phones) she told me to hold….. i was on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting for a response that takes 5 minutes. I am so frustrated and I don’t hate the actual apartment but the management and staff make me really hate this neighborhood. Take this as a warning if you’re looking into moving here and just proceed at your own risk if you sign a lease….
