Very Disappointing Maintenance Response I submitted a maintenance request on Thursday night. On Friday, I called multiple times to follow up. Since the morning, I was repeatedly told that maintenance would be coming “soon.” Finally, at 4 PM, I was told that my issue is “not an emergency”, that they are handling “more important things first,” and that they cannot even give a timeframe for when my issue will be addressed. This level of communication and lack of urgency is highly unacceptable, especially after repeated calls and assurances throughout the day. Residents should not be left waiting indefinitely with no clear updates. Based on this experience, I do not recommend anyone leasing here if you expect responsive or reliable maintenance service.

I’m so sad to leave this review. It saddens me that after being such a loyal customer I get treated poorly by management. I won’t leave a long review, but as it was asked of me, I would not recommend anyone to live here. Too many rules to abide too, and the complex simply doesn’t abide to them starting with the residents they let in wrongfully! Wishing nothing but the best as maybe this complex needs empowerment for a better team!
