There is mold and roaches in every apartment, thefts, and the property management are very rude. DO NOT MOVE IN IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN OR PETS ESPECIALLY.

I just moved in to my new apartment. I want to express my sincere THANKS to Ms. Rachale. She helped me through the entire process of applying and getting me approved. Anything I needed she was happy to help. Any issues were also addressed. I hope this will be my home for many years to come. I would definitely recommend any complex at 777 Memorial. There are many different options for a single or family to choose from. If you are looking for your new home, look no further. Stop by to see Ms. Rachale or any of their great staff. You won't regret it.

Let me tell you. The staff at 777 Memorial deserve. Each and every one of these stars! Rachale in the front office is amazing. She has been helpful and understanding from day 1. The complex is kept clean and it's relatively quiet. Pest control comes on Wednesday when requested and love the option of covered parking though there is a small fee. If I decided to move back to Houston, this would be my first choice!!! Thank you for all your help, going above and beyond.

I would definitely recommend this apartment for a place to call home. Safe, quiet, and well maintained. This will be my 2yr with Bateswood and plan to stay longer. I absolutely love the staff. Ms.Paula, Ms Rachel, and the rest of the staff are always there to help. Maintenance responses in a timely manner. The apartment always invite us to come interact in the holiday celebration snacks and treats for the kids or you too if you want it. I absolutely love this place and glad I chose them. Plus it’s a lot of community support and events in the area . Chose Bateswood!!!

Darryl Collin’s is the absolute best. He show me several units and when I told him what I seen online he took me to that exact unit and I was sold instantly. I will definitely refer friends and family to him. Thank you Darryl for all your hard work and I love my new apartment home.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
