The living conditions here have become extremely frustrating, and management often takes over a week to respond. The parking lot is full of potholes, faded lines, and severe flooding, turning into a pool during storms and even damaging cars. Because the fire lanes and parking lines are so poorly maintained, my car was wrongfully towed from a resident spot I’ve always used, costing me $300 to get it back. On top of that, there are reserved parking spots everywhere that no tenants even use, leaving actual residents with limited options. Noise is a nonstop issue. Tenants yell, argue, and let their kids scream at all hours, to the point where I’ve honestly thought a child might be hurt — only to look outside and realize it’s just the usual daily chaos. There is zero enforcement of quiet hours or curfews, making it impossible to enjoy being outside. Pest control is not maintained, which has led to roaches and even mold inside appliances like the dishwasher. Our shower tubs have been painted twice with cheap materials that peel and become dangerously slippery, especially for children. On rare holiday occasions (like midnight at Christmas or New Year’s), some neighbors have even fired shots into the air on the property — another sign of no real security or oversight. The only positive is the maintenance staff — they’re quick, polite, and do their best. But they can’t fix the bigger problems that management continues to ignore.

I’ve been staying here for almost a month now and the experience has been great so far. Maintenance is fast and the leasing office staff is super friendly. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately. Thank you Stephanie for all the help! Make sure to ask for her if you are looking to lease👍🏽

If you value your life and belongings DO NOT MOVE HERE. This was my first apartment since moving from Florida and it got worse every single year. There was a RAT in my apartment 3 times that I saw and my son said he saw one as well. They would say they "sealed the hole behind the stove" just for us to see another one. If you live upstairs it will sound like someone lives above you due to raccoons in the attic. I recorded the raccoons or possums screeching and took it to the front office to let them hear. Their eyes got so big and they promised to fix it. Nothing happened until my son's dad thought someone was coming through the closet where the AC unit was...IT WAS A HUGE RACCOON coming from the hole in the same closet. The people across the street in Happy Town apartment will go through cars at night that are parked on the street. I woke up because I kept hearing doors slam just to see someone outside checking people's cars. There is mold in the apartments. The foundation is shifting so you will see huge cracks in the walls.The pest control they claim comes on Wednesday will spray one area and be out in 45 seconds. i saw them on my ring camera and showed it to the front office. These apartments are a joke. They need to be totally knocked down and rebuilt from SCRATCH. The only decent apartment is the front office manager Monica's apartment because she lives on the property and will make sure all of her stuff is brand new. Everyone else gets reused appliances. There was roaches in the refrigerator I had. They bought me a new refrigerator that had a dead roach in it when they bought it. I was so glad to get me and my son out of there. Please do not move here. The positive reviews are fake. They ask for reviews when you sign the lease and emotions are high. Once you actually move in it will be a different story. Thank God I got a promotion at my job and was able to get out of there!

I’ve had a great experience at Wesley Garden Apartments! The application and the move-in process was smooth and easy thanks to Stephanie and Bianca. They both were extremely helpful with the work orders and maintenance requests, they made sure things were handled quickly and efficiently.

I would just like to be able to move in. However the process is taking longer than usual. I called several times and spoke with Bianca on working with me unfortunately I’m still in limbo. This would be a great place for me and just need a chance. Everyone deserves a second chance and due to my circumstances I’m still hopeful. To the powers above hopefully I’ll get some good news. 🤷♀️🙌🏿 I would like information on owner/ corporate I have questions about my application being denied.
