Here is the great view from Mac 4460! This is what you see walking to your front door, walking to the stairs( that I am forced to take because only one elevator has been working for the past 2 months), or the parking garage. TRASH TRASH TRASH. The mattress seen in the second photo is typically taken out by an employee, so was it a worker in the building where I pay 900+ dollars a month assisting in turning my home into a pigsty??? If only there was service that could handle this trash… oh wait there is!!! I pay a mandatory monthly fee for valet trash which funny enough I can’t seem to get a trash can for after begging for a new one. Ironically, some residents have too many cans (taken from others) but i wonder who’s job it is to regulate these things… let me think. Conveniently, I stay next to the trash shoot I can just walk it there. Oops forgot the trash is flooding out the room and has now reached MY FRONT DOOR. The property already has roaches but you’d think they would try to a handle on it. I guess that wouldn’t be a smart business move tho because then what would be the purpose of the mandatory pest control fee. Don’t sign here or you will get screwed literally and figuratively.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister lives in this so-called “boutique” apartment complex, and it is a complete disaster. The place is crawling with rats and roaches, and when you call the pest control the management supposedly provides, they never show up. But if you try to call an outside service to protect your health and home? You’re told that’s not allowed. So you’re just expected to live in filth. Even worse, the walls are full of mold, which has ruined my sister’s belongings — she had to replace her entire wardrobe. Mold is a serious health risk and a lawsuit waiting to happen. How this place is allowed to keep leasing units is beyond me. Maintenance requests go completely unanswered, no matter how urgent the issue. And if you think that’s bad, there’s also a growing issue with break-ins. There’s zero security, and the management does absolutely nothing to address the safety of its residents. People are living in fear on top of everything else. They market this place as a “boutique” complex — but what exactly is “boutique” about black mold, vermin, ignored repairs, and unsafe conditions? It’s a complete embarrassment, and frankly, it should be shut down. I will be reporting this to local news outlets and city health officials. No one should have to live like this. Rent at your own risk — or better yet, don’t. Edit in response to the Property Manager: There are no inaccuracies in my review. The issues described are accurate and have been verified by multiple other residents, as reflected in numerous public reviews. As you can see in the pictures and videos, the concerns raised are well-documented. Attempting to reframe these valid experiences as misinformation is dismissive and inappropriate.
