Villas on Braeswood

Five month review from July 2025 .Leaseing experience with Nancy was awesome, very patient showed us several different layouts of apartments. we decided upon the first floor unit 108 love it. Can’t leave out Cici & Jay Leasing agents who greet you with a friendly smile . The grounds are well maintained. The maintenance staff takes care of work orders pretty fast. The community room , gym and business center are always clean and well maintain. The parking garage is well lighted. The complex is pretty quiet around here. In my opinion the management team really cares .

Today was finally move-in day and we couldn't been any happier! From start to finish Jade, CiCi and the rest of the team has been nothing less than amazing. The staff is super friendly and approachable, the grounds and units are maintained and kept very well. We're super excited to call this place our new home!

I came to tour this community with my daughter, who will be starting college soon and needs a one bedroom, and we were both truly impressed. The property is absolutely lovely, very well maintained, and has such a welcoming feel from the moment you drive in. The apartment layouts are spacious, bright, and perfect for a student who needs a comfortable and quiet place to focus. Jade helped us during our visit, and she was so kind, patient, and informative. She made the whole process feel easy and reassuring, and I can honestly say my daughter is in great hands here. We left the tour feeling confident that this community will give her a safe, clean, and beautiful home while she starts this next chapter. I’m grateful we found this place!

My sister lives at this property, so I’m always visiting during the holidays and for big events, and every time I’m here it genuinely feels like home. The community is warm, clean, and comfortable, and everyone in the office knows me by now, which says a lot about how friendly they are. Jade helped my sister when she first moved in🤍 , and she was incredibly informative and made the whole move-in process so easy and seamless. If I lived in Houston, this is definitely the place I’d want to call home. 🫶🏻

Quiet apartments on the edge of West University Place, property is gated and has a 5 level parking garage with security cameras, it's on the corner of North Braeswood and Stella Link next to the Walgreens but is somewhat hidden due to the abundance of trees surrounding the property, with access to the Braeswood bike and hike trail close by and just across the bayou! Tons of coffee shops and restaurants in the area, and easy access to 610 loop south!
