My experience was great I couldn’t be happier the ladies in the front office were sooo nice and helpful throughout the process, they made it quick and easy. The property is very well maintained and secured. So far so good I’m loving every moment of it . 🥰

Nice apt very big the room. Confortable i recommande it to you all. Miss Carla the lady that work in the office she is so Nice and She Will do all her best to make sure you satisfied with your apt 💘💕❤️ Villa Barcelona forever ❤️🙏

My experience here was unexplainable in a great way they help me so quickly and so easily Karla and Yanet & Candie was so sweet these ladies were so pleasant the apartment was so nice my family and I are excited to be in this community

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! For emotional distress!!!!!! I’ve been living here 6 months mind you I’m 5 months pregnant, when I first moved into the unit it was really roach infested so bad I had to bomb twice I had water coming in everytime it would rain mind you that was the first day I moved in!! Second problem I had a water leak in my restroom that was there for weeks had to use buckets to keep it from ruining my furniture, I notice in my shower black dots on the ceiling didn’t think nothing of it until I looked into the air vents when I discovered MOLD!!!!!!!!! Mold in all three vents mind you I’m 5 months pregnant with a toddler that has been breathing in mold for 6 months I went to my doctor about it because my son was very sick they told me it was because he was exposed to mold I let the leasing agent know and they totally ignored it lied and said they would send someone to inspect it and sent a regular maintenance guy and he lied and said it was no mold even tho I have proof there is they proceeded to change one air vent out of 3 and proceeded with an eviction instead of fixing the problem no they rather kick me out and move the next tenant in for MONEY I will pay my rent to the courts and proceed with getting legal help for this matter!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE they are money hungry and liars.
