Ja’Nae exceed my expectation. I moved across country and she took the time to visit the properties, provide HD quality videos and made the process simplistic. Within 5 days of finding her on TikTok, she provided me apartment choices to my liking and budget. We settled on my top two choices and after she walked both properties, I knew exactly what complex I wanted to move into. She not only saved me money from having to visit in person, but time and energy as well.

Worked with Ja’Nae and she was so helpful. I was moving from out of state and she was able to help me find the apartment best suited for me. She went on multiple tours and recorded videos to make sure I felt comfortable about making my choice. I will be sending anyone else looking for a locator in Houston to her!

Ms. Ja’Nae did an amazing job locating apartments that I would like. She showcased great customer service skills throughout each apartment tour . Ja’Nae also has excellent communication skills, she communicated the entire time on new apartment finds in very nice areas.
