My family was very nervous when trying to find a suitable living situation but when we came to University Green, Judy made the process super easy and comfortable. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood everything and answered every question we had. She made the process simple and effective saving us time and energy. We arrived from out of the country and came here to attend University of Houston Clear Lake. We were urgently needing housing, and University Green Apartments was the best choice for us. Judy was extremely helpful from the beginning. She understood our situation and helped us get housing very quickly. The whole process was made very simple and smooth — no stress at all. Moving in was easy, and everything was ready for us. The apartments are nice and comfortable, and the community is quiet. We feel very happy and settled here. As new international students, it was a big relief to find such good support. Thank you Judy and University Green team!

University Green Apartments is best location for U of H students. Very near to campus, so very convenient. I am staying here since some time and experience is very good. Priscie and Judy are really very helpful staff — ready to assist. Whenever I have any concerns, they listen properly and take action quickly. Peaceful community and good maintenance also. I will highly recommend this place to any student looking for good accommodation near University of Houston Clear Lake.

I’ve never had any issues since living here, and I honestly love it. The apartments are always clean and well taken care of, and the whole property stays quiet and peaceful. It’s one of those places where you never feel unsafe, even coming home late at night. The office staff is also super helpful and always quick to respond if you need anything. They make living here really easy and stress free. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed!

I’ve had a great experience living at these apartments! The location is super convenient..it’s in a really nice area that’s close to everything. It’s minutes away from the mall, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and pretty much anything else you might need. The apartments themselves are well maintained and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Whether it’s answering questions or taking care of maintenance requests, they’ve been easy to work with and genuinely care about the residents. Overall, I’d definitely recommend living here if you’re looking for a safe, convenient place with great customer service and access to tons of nearby stores and food spots.
