Staff could be more responsive to student needs and more encouraging in creating a positive atmosphere for students. Most residents are unfriendly. Building is clean. There is not much to do other than study.

Building is new and clean, but management has severe issues with ignoring resident needs and are very biased if and when they ever address them.

Awful. Toured the place twice no one thought to tell me about a mandatory meal plan. Had to cancel because after the meal plan it became outside of my budget. Found out I had to pay a cancellation fee which would've been fine if the deadline wasn't impossible to meet. Heads up, the cancellation deadline is before the semester even starts. Hilarious.
