I've lived at Tuscany Row for a couple of years, and it's been fantastic! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. The management team is outstanding—always friendly, responsive, and attentive. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give negative stars. Note this review is for the property itself not the staff… The front office is responsive and communicative but we have had 15+ maintenance visits in 8 months including a fridge and entire AC replacement. Almost needed dryer replacement but the maintenance guys fished out 100lbs of lint from previous tenants and it started working. The windows and doors are not properly insulated leading to $300+ /month energy bills even when AC or heat is not running during the day.

I moved in on September 9th. The entire staff is new. Disregard old posts. The property managers are responsive and the maintenance crew is talented and efficient. I'm luckto lease with this property management company. I've enjoyed my stay immensely so far.

We have moved to this place a week ago and was so happy with the area and the house itself, but the Management service needs to be improved. We gave them 3 weeks notification before we moved in and when we moved in they could not give us the access keys to the gates and there is no other exit from the building only gates which are used for both cars and pedestrians. It is so silly as we want to go for a walk but we can get out!!.We ' ve asked and spoke to them so many times but no action and they did not even apologize! Once a Uber driver charged me extra as I could not open the gate and I told Ashley this but she never reacted and said sorry. The house itself is quite old and AC unit is not working properly they sent a guys to fix very quickly but he could not fix and just left. SO so far I am not happy with my staying and living in this place and its so bad to be disappointed with a new place when you searched houses for almost half year:((
