I came to visit my niece for a few days and my stay wad very quiet and nice..I totally enjoyed my stay ..the food and the closeness to everything was a short ride away..everything is at our fingertips..thank you for a relaxing and comfortable stay..I feel like my niece is in a very safe place..

Honestly one of the best renting experiences I've had. The community is a quiet pocket of peace in an otherwise bustling area (which means it's close to so many cool places)! The HEB 2 minutes away is one of the best ones I've come across. Maintenance is so quick -- they have come the day of, or latest, the day after I submit requests. They replaced my clothes washing machine and dryer free of charge. Having access to Tuscany Court amenities is so convenient (jacuzzi & gym!). Valet trash and recycling are convenient as well. The floorplans are intuitive and make the most of your space. People are trustworthy and don't steal your packages. Rent is very reasonable especially considering the area of town it's located. I've had so many people compliment where I live. Will add photos soon.

Management dropped the ball throughout the application process. I had to escalate my concern to their corporate office. I can only imagine how much of an inconvenience they would’ve caused, if I decided to reside there.

I have been here 5 months. I can highly recommend Tuscany Oaks. I asked maintenance to turn up the water temperature. Five hours later maintenance came to take care of it. I reported that my mail box was broken. Three hours later someone came to fix it on a Friday afternoon. Since I moved in I have not seen a single bug. The grounds are always clean. Parking is never a problem. This is a very pleasant place to live.
