0/10. Don’t move here. Ain’t nothing nice but the pool, Nobody in the office knows anything, countless maintenance Issues, and they break into cars. Mind you I haven’t been here a full 30 days. DO NOT RECOMMEND

My experience with Turtle Pointe Apartments was disappointing. Before paying the application fee, I called and discussed my Harris County Housing Authority voucher. Based on that conversation, I believed I was eligible to apply and proceeded with the application process and payment. After the fee was paid, I was informed that my voucher would not work for the unit I was seeking. As a result, I paid an application fee for an apartment that I was ultimately unable to rent. I requested a refund, but the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. While others may have different experiences, I would encourage anyone using housing assistance programs or vouchers to obtain eligibility information in writing before paying any application fees. This experience cost me time, money, and unnecessary frustration.

Miquel was a pleasure to meet with today!! He knows his stuff!! He deserves 5 stars because he was very professional and that’s something very rare to come across in Houston. He made my application process smooth and easy. 10 out of 10 I recommend him any day.

Abigail has helped me so much on making the process of moving in easier. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. She's knowledgeable, provided me answers to all of my questions and concerns, and a professional individual. I would highly recommend her and having her to assist you on the move-in process. The pool is kept clean, the gym room is clean, and parking is easy. 5 out of 5 for Abigail!!!
