My partner and I have had such an incredible experience at The Villas at Westchase, starting with our amazing leasing agent Chris Bower! From the moment we walked in Chris went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress free and genuinely enjoyable. What an AMAZING team!! Valerie and Chris went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move from beginning to end. We were driving from south Florida and were running a little behind but Chris was gracious enough to wait for us to give us our keys! I only seen the apartment through the face time video I did with Valerie. But when we opened the door we were very happy. The apartment is spacious and the area is nice! The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, and the neighbors are respectful and kind. The amenities are also a huge plus — the pools, gym, and dog park are always kept in great shape. The location is really convenient, close to everything I need. I’m really happy I chose to live here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home!
