Great community! Lived here 3 years and Ms Diana and Mario the maintenance man have always been available to help me, the facilities have felt clean and safe the entire time I've been here.

We recently worked with Diana and Mario at Villas at Braeburn Apartments to help serve a veteran at Houston Christian University, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we met them, they were incredibly generous, welcoming, and genuinely committed to helping. The apartments are well-kept, clean, and maintained to a standard that shows they truly care about providing residents with a comfortable and respectable living environment. Diana went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, showing kindness, professionalism, and a real passion for serving others—especially our veterans. This apartment complex is very well taken care of and I genuinely appreciate the office staff for their consistency. They are professional, extremely kind, and always willing to help. The apartments are older, but they’re maintained really well and I truly enjoy my space. 10/10 recommend!

This place is over priced for the quality of living. It took over two weeks to get maintenance work done recently! People go in your car and take your things on this property. The property manager does not regularly walk the property, and is often not available. On the weekend residents are doing whatever they want, without thought for their neighbors and at times safety. In the time I have been living here it has definitely been better, in the past as a community we were more informed of things that would inconvenience us as a whole. Things could be better for all in this community, not just the special few. New update 10/12: We have an fire ants problem, they are aggressive, they are everywhere, except kitchen & living room. My bed, our clothes, bathrooms, etc. They are biting! Driving up my anxiety. Reported it on Tues via text and work order. Told pest control would deal with it Wed. Case closed by office. No one came to us or our apt. about the fire ants. Friday, I text, and put new work order. Still no care for our emergency as of Sat. I have pictures of my bites, one giving to me today in a freshly cleaned tub. These fire ants are in the wall somewhere and yes I can put down bait, but I can not start at the mound like an exterminator. Plus residents are supposed to have pest control. If the situation is aggressive then immediate care should given, this has so far been very upsetting, and greatly unsettling.
