If I could give them a -0 I would roach infested really bad kids are not safe to play outside so much bullying and big fights with the kids breaking into cars they have a onsite security he only check license plates to see if you stay there if not he will get your car towed . Everything is stopped up sink bathroom tub this has been one of the worst places I ever lived in .!! Do not move here . People in the front office is no help they will say it’s not their problem if anything happens to your apartment or your car only been staying here for 2 months . By far this is the worst not a safe environment they charge you for exterminator never even seen a exterminator only one trash can in the far back it’s so much I can say about this building it’s terrible you have to sleep with 1 Eye open my kids have ptsd because of this. Literally a big regret for me . Don’t move here take your money elsewhere where

Noisy neighbors, poor maintenance and management, dumpster is disgusting, people will rather leave their trash outside all over the place instead of just throwing it in the dumpster properly. Takes them forever to actually solve the problems. I wish the apartments were sound proof cause people will stomp and argue at all times of the day or night. Kids like to play in the street and get upset with you for driving past. Pool is NEVER open no matter what. Overall, yes they maybe affordable but definitely not worth it.
