This community offers a convenient living experience with generally well-maintained apartments and a responsive maintenance team. While the staff often receives praise for their helpfulness and professionalism, some residents have experienced issues with communication and resolving concerns. Additionally, some amenities like laundry facilities and the gym could benefit from updates, and parking can occasionally be challenging.

I've lived here for 3 years. The apartment is perfect 👌 I have no complaints. The only downside is that it has 3 pools, but they're not open year-round; they're practically closed. They open them for 3 days and then close them completely, only in August, and you're paying for something you never get to enjoy. The so-called gym 🏋️ is a tiny closet, I'd say. 😭 It only fits two machines, and not even 3 people can fit in it 🙅♀️. But despite this, it's clean 🧹 and tidy. I applaud the maintenance staff for doing their job well.

I'm extremely disappointed with this condo and feel completely ripped off. I lived there for two years, in a one-bedroom apartment, and then moved to a two-bedroom that other people had vacated. In my old apartment, I left someone who stayed until the month before their lease expired. I went to the office and explained what had happened. They told me to pay at least $400, as my deposit of around $925 would cover everything. I bought a $400 money order, submitted it, and now they're telling me I owe $992.50 in collections fees. They blocked my number so I couldn't call them, and now they're coming up with this story. I feel completely scammed.

I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone; they're the worst in Houston. I lived there for four years and suffered through everything. They broke my car windows right in front of the security cameras for no reason. My apartment, #1282, is unbearable; you can't get any rest. You come home and the noise from the apartment above is unbearable. I complained to the office thousands of times and they never did anything. Finally, to get any peace and quiet, I had to leave and pay for four months without living there. It's a complete waste of money because you complain and they don't respect your peace and quiet as a tenant. I give these apartments a -100; they're absolute garbage.
