The Villas at Bingle

Do not rent here. This apartment complex is a complete disappointment. The entire property is extremely dirty, and the hallways are unbearably hot because the air conditioning never works. The parking garage is a complete mess, with frequent thefts, and to make matters worse, the towing company is constantly towing residents' vehicles with no leniency. The entrance gates are always broken, and the phone system used to open the front gate rarely works. The swimming pool is consistently dirty, and the poolside grills have been completely broken for over a year, meaning residents cannot use them. Even worse, there is an ongoing propane gas leak that creates a serious safety hazard. There is also a strong smell of dog feces throughout the property. This place is in a constant state of deterioration. The rent is far too expensive for the poor quality of service and maintenance provided. Nearly everyone who lives here complains and wants to leave as soon as possible. This is by far one of the worst management teams this property has ever had. They seem to rely only on attracting new tenants because very few current residents want to stay here any longer.

London was my tour leasing guide. Very courteous, honest and the property was very clean.

So far, so good. My move was quick and everything is going well.

Don’t rent here . I rented an apartment for a year and it was hell , the elevators never work , people leave their trash everywhere in the building including inside the elevators . There are so many cockroaches it’s genuinely insane . Every single day “ mostly weekdays” there’s a party at the pool , full volume music , screaming and it lasts until about 3am. The pool is always dirty as well . Please re consider if you truly want to move here because it’s really bad . They also do fire alarm drills where they keep the alarm going nonstop all day it’s honestly really tedious. Just letting you know its always dirty and elevators never work
