The Village at West U

Great location , very good amenities but the Only problem is maintenance work,to fix anything takes a lot of time. It’s a long wait to get anything fix in apartment. We are already regretting why we moved in here as maintenance guy William always finds excuses to not do the work which is fixable. We are on ground level and outside patio there are many broken wooden roots remaining in dirt which is very unsafe for my kid if he walks over that can accidentally fall on it and this part I have discussed with maintenance and office staff “n” number of times but they are saying they won’t do anything about it. Manager was supposed to come to have a look that but she also dosent care n never showed up. So basically your safety is not their responsibility but all their lawn areas n sidewalks are dirty not well maintained. Their dishwashers, washer and dryers makes loud noise and William says this is normal. Fans don’t work properly again William said it’s fine they never had problems with fans lol. During harsh cold front we were out of heaters for 2days and for emergency work maintenance people don’t answer calls. Their gas cooktops has only 1big burner n rest all are small so again maintenance and manager dosent wanna do anything about this. Please don’t move in here guys. You will regret it. We are considering move out asap

Recently moved in. The move-in process is smooth with the help from professional managers. The room is clean and spacious. Looking forward to the new phase of life here.
