The Sovereign at Regent Square

I just moved out of the apartment as I am going back in my home country. I have been 200% happy as the unit has great view (16F) , and all of concierge, vallet parking guys and maintenance guys are all kind and doing great job. 8F gym and pool are wonderful, and good access to Baffalo Bayou running course!!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience here! The sovereign is absolutely gorgeous. The leasing consultant went above and beyond; and really made me feel truly at home. The amenities are incredible and make everyday living feel like a luxury getaway. Location is amazing and definitely worth checking out.

I've been a resident for a few months now, and the Concierge team, especially Israel, has been phenomenal. Israel has pulled together a few last-minute bookings for me at this point, and is always willing to help, even when managing multiple residents, deliveries, and residents' housekeeping staff at once; all while greeting people by name.

I had the pleasure of working with Denisha as she took me on a tour of three different properties. Even though I didn’t end up moving forward with the property company, she was absolutely amazing to work with. Denisha was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Her energy and care really stood out, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a a home at any of there Houston properties.

The Sovereign has the best pool! It’s not obstructed by anything so it gets sun all day until the sun goes down. The staff is really great as well! Jessica has always been quick to resolve any issues I have. The concierge team is super friendly!
