Okay...I was trying to wait until I moved out, but the customer service is absolutely horrible! As an adult I should have done more research. I can't wait to move! When I initially moved in Oct. 4th, 2024 I was asked to pay my rental day early (Oct. 3rd) because the property was switching ownership and something about the payment system changing. No problem, I did. Saturday Oct. 5th I received a phone call from Marissa asking me to pay my rent. I explained I paid it on the 3rd. She apologized and explained about the systems changing.....Okay...whatever. On Monday the 7th, I received an eviction notice on my door from Brandon for non-payment of rent! I went into the office, but nobody was there, so I waited. Noemi walks in, I showed her the notice and she apologized and also explained about the new system. There were a few things that needed to be repaired in my unit. 2 maintenance guys came and fixed things while I was in my apartment. I had to leave, so they 'finished' when I left. One was the shower...there is a stream of water that comes from the shower head while water runs in the tub. This still hasn't been fixed. (Picture) After returning I noticed a towel was missing. It's a minor thing, but I only noticed because I hadn't unpacked everything yet. I complained about it to Noemi, and she apologized and bought me a pack of towels. I informed her the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen are fugly. She said she can have them re-stained when I asked if they could be painted white. Okay, cool but nothing has been done. My dog was coming to live with me in November, so I called and asked what the requirements were and was told I'd received it in an email. Days went by, so I sent an email on Oct 19th. No response. Followed up on Oct. 23rd, and no response again so I went into the office and Noemi handed me the info that explained what's needed from me. I told her I'd emailed Marissa, but she said she quit days after I moved in. Smh! My cousin came to visit about a month after I moved in. There wasn't any visitor parking so she parked outside the gate, but you can see the car. It was broken into. I guess that was my fault. I paid $120 to fix the window, but I told her to just not to come visit me anymore until I've moved. While walking my dog a guy randomly asked me if I knew if break-ins were common over here because his vehicle was broken into, but he'd parked inside the gate by the dumpster. He showed me his vehicle and was visibly mad! 2/14/25- update- I had another visitor and their truck was broken into parked in front of the leasing office! The truck next to it as well!! The walls are thin!! A few months went by and I received an email from Noemi about my electricity, in which I'd sent the documents in to my electric company, and thought everything was fine and payments were being automatically drafted from account. They weren't, that was my fault for not following up. I emailed her the information, and 3 follow up emails, but NEVER received a response. I went into the office to ask about her receiving the info. on a Saturday and a new guy, not Brandon, said he'd give her the message on Monday. Nope, I never received a response from her, so I went in the office on Jan. 16th or 17th...she was there...and told me I'd been email the wrong email address. I showed her, and she apologized and said "I don't even know what inbox those emails are going to". She texted me and told me to text her back when I received her "new" email. So, I emailed her "correct" address today, Jan. 29th, my electricity info, but hadn't received a response. I texted her from the number she did last week but no response. I walked into the office around 5pm but she wasn't there...just the new guy. I was thinking I'd have a different experience than the bad reviews I read. I was warned and should have listened to them. The renovated unit they show is NOT what you'll even get close to getting. This is the worst $1,475 I have to spend each month and wish I can move out! As a 39 y/o adult, I should have known and did better. Smh!

The property has gone downhill since the current manager has been there. I haven’t seen this much vacancies since I lived here. The current residents can’t wait to move out of here. She doesn’t help the residents with the issues and also not very forthcoming with the information and the truth. If you want answers, you’ll have a better luck with the other staff member, who is very helpful. When it’s time to renew the lease, don’t bother trying to negotiate it. She is either you accept it or move out.

I absolutely loved living at these apartments. They were clean and welcoming and I felt safe. Office staff was always professional and respectful and took care of all my needs quickly. Loved them! Highly recommend living here.

The cleanliness of the property is outstanding and speaks volumes about the care and dedication of the management team. Everything from the common areas to the landscaping is so well-maintained. The location and value for the newly upgraded kitchens make this one of the best places to live in Houston. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I’ve been living here since October of last year. I don’t have any complaints or issues abt the property. If I put in a work order for something in my unit, it is fixed same day or very next day. Everyone is always nice and pleasant. The ladies in the office are both great nd the two maintenance workers are great as well. Happy here☺️
