Please put up signs for delivery drivers to be able to find the actual building for the people they are trying to deliver to. I feel bad for your tenants who have the issue where delivery drivers struggle to find their residence, and have to go out of their way to give detailed directions just to receive their food or merchandise, or worse, leave their homes. You could probably order some signs online and have them made for cheap, and have your maintenance personnel put them up.

I had a great experience with Sabdy! She was very friendly and professional while showing me around the apartment complex. The tour was thorough, and she answered all my questions with patience and detail. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Came 3x to this Meeting in Progress come back sign. Finally schedule a tour for Monday morning. Same sign up again upon arrival. We had to know on the door several times til a lady who literally was right next to the window went to get someone for me to show them the message of my 9a appt throw the window before the agent who was eating opened the door. UNPROFESSIONAL…She ate the whole tour seriously while talking lol. They showed us a 3rd floor unit with dead and alive roaches in the unit. You can’t make this up she proceeded to tell me pest control had sprayed. Well of course they sprayed but that doesn’t explain why this unit has roaches. lol we definitely don’t want to live with roaches. SN: while walking back to the car I saw someone asked if they lived there they said yes and asked their opinion they said the bugs are bad week 2 after they’re move in they have been getting on the office their whole lease about bugs. Said all they do is send pest control. If you look at the good reviews recent to mines you’ll understand why when you actually go to the office compared to the posters but I get $899 may be all what some can afford but I will never roommate with pest
