I do not recommend this apartment complex. They remove your vehicles unjustifiably. Keep all valuables on you and be prepared to call out of work when your vehicle randomly goes missing.

“Update” 05/2026 Best freaking complex ever I saw some reviews and had to say something about it I’ve been here for almost a year and look they email you about everything that you need to do and update you on every change made also they go above and beyond to help with what ever they can do. They are only human and can’t be superman or woman , they work very hard and are very honest upfront just read the DAM Lease it’s all there and they give you a packet in the beginning to help you out. Geeez some people just need someone to blame things on!! Take it from me this place is 🔥 kids do play outside. I mean dang kids can’t play ? Yes your neighbors make noise at times, but the office works diligently to accommodate people who have complaints . I have only seen two bugs in my apt and that was months apart never seen them again after pest control. NO rats, roaches, or snakes EVER! Clean your house and maybe you wouldn’t have any problems.. I’ve lived in lofts and very nice rental homes this place of top tier! Eva and Emily are the bomb.com and so is maintenance. Buh yah! The nerve of some people JESUS! Very nice staff, clean place, family oriented. Spacious apartments clean and fresh.. lovely place can’t wait to move in. Oh yeah what’s up Foe Eva Eva! Lol she’s the best.. all staff is sweet and kind.

Emily is an excellent manager, dedicated and very responsible in serving our community. Congratulations to Venterra for making such a great choice. Together with Eva, they make a tremendous team for serving the residents.

The management is very dedicated to keeping tenants informed about events or any information of interest or importance to the community. Excellent, friendly, and very attentive to resolving any issues or questions we may have.
