I lived here for almost 3 years and had a great experience. No problems at all during my time. The amenities were nice especially the yoga/pilates classes and the staff were ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I'm only moving because of an out-of-state relocation. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free & safe living environment! I will truly miss the manager Sasha and the entire team at La Colombe dâOr â€ïž

I absolutely loved living here. If I ever move back to Houston, I would lease here again. Quiet building and quiet neighborhood. If youâre a runner, itâs a nice jog to the Rice U trail, Hermann Park or Buffalo Bayou Park. Concierge was wonderful- Marlin, Arnold, and John were helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is a well oiled machine and the adjacent hotel/bar grounds are a beautiful addition to the resident experience.

Very nice place to live. I love the diverse community, the breathtaking city views, location in the heart of Montrose, and last but not least, the friendly and efficient staff. Thanks for a great experience.
