The Park @ Live Oak Apartments

I originally went to Hollyview Apartments and they were closed but I think it was a blessing in disguise because I crossed over to these apartments and Miss Theresa was so sweet she showed me the apartment it was so nice and beautiful and she was so sweet she helped me apply in office and I can’t wait to move in thank you Miss T!

’m about to move in and my experience so far has been great! The leasing staff has been very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. They made everything simple and answered all my questions, which made the application and approval process very smooth. The community looks clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. I’m really excited to move in and start living here. Based on my experience so far, I’m very happy with my decision!

I’ve Stayed Here For Two Years Now And I Can Say These Apartments Are Really Decent. I Can Only Speak For My Unit/Building. I Have Had Zero Roach Issues. Spiders Were An Issue However Once I Taped Off My Fireplace That Issue Went Away. Wasps Here And There But Nothing On An Infestation Level. I Suggest Buying A Parking Spot Because If You Dont You Need To Be Home By 3pm Because Parking Fills Up Very Fast. I Had A Reserved Spot And I’m Stress Free. Spacious Units. Office Staff Responds Best In-Person. Maintenance Is Very Quick He’s Awesome. Very Quiet Complex Nothing Too Crazy Happens. I’ve Heard Of Break Ins And We’ve Had Inconsistent Security However Rare Occasions Not Everyday Things. Theresa Is Awesome As Well. Main Con Is The Power During Extreme Weather Events. I Normally Always Evacuate Because The Power In This Area Is Very Weak During Extreme Weather Conditions Probably Due To The Powerlines Being Outside. Other Than That Everything Else Is Doable. Good Bang Fa Ya Buck.
