I don’t give reviews because they will be bad so here we go they were supposed to fix my refrigerator from the time I move in and now but every time they come, they say oh move the thermostat they adjust the thermostat. Oh, move your groceries from The vent in the freezer moved so why am I still at the bottom of the refrigerator still freezing up? I’m trying to figure it out, baby.I told these people I want to replace The refrigerator but they told me it will be a $600 move-in fee if I touch it so what am I supposed to do about my food? Are y’all gonna reimburse me for my food and also for my medicine (Ozempic) they know that it supposed to stay in a refrigerator I missed a whole month because of my refrigerator it’s freezing and it keep freezing my medicine so I can’t get a new refrigerator. I can’t get it fixed, I’m confused at this point.

What can I say about my experience with this apartments? From the time I called to enquirer about an apartment Dominique was right there. She held my hand as I was very timid, and lead me through the process with grace and dignity. She advised me of every step and even made sure I was pleased along the way. I recommend you that are looking for an opportunity and a place to call home !!! Dominique thank you for your guidance, your warm welcome and personality, but mostly for your patience..

This is my second time leasing from them. They are the absolute best and always have things going on in the community to help the residents . Christmas drives , food pantries , etc. I absolutely love The Park at Sutton My agent was Ms. Dominique and she always helps with a kind smile and a joyful spirit in her voice ., the whole staff works well as team and family to make sure all residents are happy ! You won’t regret making The Park your next home me and my daughter have been here since she was 6 and she is now 10 and she loves it

Ms. Faatimah was amazing to work with! She made the whole apartment application process simple and easy to understand. She was very friendly during the tour, walked me through all the details, and really took the time to answer my questions. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the experience stress free. I’m very grateful for her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new place!

I had a great experience with Ms. Faatimah. She was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process of applying for my apartment. She explained everything clearly and made the application process smooth and stress free. During the tour, she was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, making sure I felt comfortable and confident about my decision. I truly appreciate her patience and support highly recommend working with her!
