Small cock roaches will come out of the cracks and impossible to get rid of. You will be given a bogus monthly sur-charge to throw away your own trash at the dumpster. Do the math. Someone is making bank off this scam fee since it well goes over what a dumpster fee would cost to empty it if you add up the # of residents paying. Also people if you live on the 2nd story you better lock up the outside scuttle hole access doors in front of your door. This is the crawlspace above your ceiling. It's like an attic area for maintenance . Noticed on several occasions at night well past 10 pm the dining area chandelier shaking like someone was moving around up there. It was not a cat or racoon. I could hear faint talking so I began to tap the ceiling and the person shut-up. They didn't move unlike an animal would do if you tapped the ceiling. I noticed this a few times before at night and sometime really late. I believe someone is up there and they have a way to see inside your apartment because why else would someone be up there at that time of night? Also the maintenance denied being up there after hours and I believe him too. The last time this happened I threw a roach spray fumigator up there and as soon as I did that my friend and I could see the chandelier start shaking and could hear the thumping of someone crawling away on their hands and knees. The next time this happens and I notice it they might need to replace the sheet rock because I will pull someone through it, especially if my girlfriend or her kid is taking a shower and this happens.

I am extremely disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. Unfortunately, it has become clear that tenant satisfaction and basic courtesy are not priorities here. One of the most frustrating issues is the vehicle towing policy. Management requires residents and guests to register vehicles through a designated app, but they do not provide any reasonable grace period to complete the registration. Vehicles are towed almost immediately if they are not signed into the system, even in situations where someone has just arrived and is in the process of registering. This rigid and aggressive enforcement feels excessive and unfair. There is little communication or warning before towing occurs, and the financial burden falls entirely on residents and their guests. Instead of working with tenants or offering clear guidance and flexibility, management relies on towing as a first response. Overall, the lack of consideration, poor communication, and strict enforcement policies create unnecessary stress for residents. I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to carefully review the parking and towing policies before signing a lease. The towing company they are in contract (American Wrecker) are rude and very poor customer service.

WARNING: This Place Has Turned Into a Nightmare Since New Management Took Over Let me be completely honest—this place has gone from decent to terrible in less than 60 days after the new management took over. I don’t know who these people think they are, but they are running this place straight into the ground while pretending they’re “improving” it. Ever since the road got fixed and the area started getting a tiny bit of attention, management suddenly wants to act brand new. They’re doing everything they can to push long-time residents out—raising rent for no reason, adding random fees, and threatening people with “lease violations” over the smallest things. It’s clear they’re trying to clear everyone out so they can jack the rent sky high and make this place look “luxury” when it’s far from it. Let’s be real—the area is not all that. Just because they fixed one road and threw up a few new buildings doesn’t make this some fancy community. It’s still the same place it’s been, just with greedy management now trying to cash in. Mark my words—watch how they’ll try to “renovate” and slap some paint on these old apartments just to turn around and charge people $3,000 a month for a box. They don’t care about residents, families, or loyalty—just money. Maintenance? Slow. Customer service? Rude. Safety? Questionable. And community events? They stopped those the second they stepped in. No more holiday events for kids, no more raffles, no more appreciation—nothing. It’s like they’re doing everything they can to make people miserable enough to leave. If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. Everything that used to make this place feel like home is gone. Until they get rid of this money-hungry management team, this place is a huge red flag. Save your time, your peace, and definitely your money. You’ve been warned.

Junior in maintenance is very good. He goes the extra mile and handles tasks in a timely manner. His work is perfection! Ms. Faye and Taylor have started beautifying the grounds and office. All of the staff are working together to make things run smoothly. They are always available for the residents. I appreciate their efforts. This has becqome a great place to live.

Do NOT move here!!! If I could go back and save myself I would! When I moved here in April it was great the management team was awesome, they were actually caring people, the maintenance was a little slow but I had No complaints. Around June we got new management who raised the rent ridiculously! They charge me $40 a month for trash.. we walk our own trash to the dumpster so there’s no reason why anyone should be charged for trash and certainly not $40 a month. Not to mention the trash is always overflowing into the parking lot it’s absolutely disgusting that they charge us a trash fee here. These people are crooked and will rob you they throw all kind of fees on your rent so expect that to fluctuate every month. It is not worth what you’ll end up paying monthly you can get something much better with a stable management team. The only thing I enjoyed about living here was being able to paint in peace on my patio which I had curtains hanging since I moved here in April!! Now all of a sudden it’s a lease violation to have curtains on your patio… these people are absolutely insufferable! Everyone who can afford to is breaking their lease and moving out! Every neighbor I run Into is miserable here! They have the nerve to have a sign that says serve with integrity on the property and they might as well remove that because management here is absolutely awful they do not care about the renters at all! 0000 stars and I too will be breaking my lease and moving!
