Overall this is a nice property, I like the location and the overall quality of the apartment is good. However, for what you pay here management does not seem to care much about quality of living. I lived on the 3rd floor in building 1 this past year. I can’t say the apartment number for obvious reasons but I can say the resident above me on the 4th floor was the worst neighbor you could possibly have. This individual would be upstairs EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Between the hours of 5pm-10pm blasting music, playing drums, tambourines and screaming. It was the most infuriating thing I’ve ever experienced. Never had an issue like this anywhere I’ve lived before. It was so bad you could hear their music from their apartment as you step off the elevator. I went to the front office several times to report this, but not much of anything was done because this individual never stopped from the entire time I lived there. Only thing management would say was that they were giving this individual “warnings.” But obviously the warnings weren’t enough to stop this individual. Dealing with this issue every single day really affected my quality of life while living here which is why I moved. I’d recommend if you decide to live here, ask questions first and avoid the 3rd floor in building 1.

I recently called to inquire about becoming a resident and had the pleasure of speaking with Destiny. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She provided detailed information, answered every question I had, and made sure I fully understood all my options. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made a difference and left a great impression of the community. Highly recommend speaking with Destiny!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Markeesha. From the very first apartment tour to the moment I signed my lease, she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant. Markeesha is incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and it’s clear that she truly cares about the people she helps. During the tour, she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. She explained everything clearly, followed up promptly, and was always available whenever I needed clarification or assistance. Her positive attitude and warm personality made a big difference and turned what can often be a stressful experience into an easy and enjoyable one. Markeesha went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and correctly, and her support didn’t stop once the tour was over—she continued to be just as helpful and kind throughout the entire leasing process. Thanks to her, moving into my apartment felt seamless and exciting rather than overwhelming. The apartment itself is truly wonderful—peaceful, comfortable, and a great place to call home.

I am never one to leave reviews but this review is long overdue. Felipe is who I signed my lease with-he is absolutely amazing and made the process so smooth. Everyone at this apartment complex is so extremely kind. Darlin and Markeesha are truly angels sent down and are so different from any office managers I’ve ever experienced. Truly, the best humans I’ve ever met and always meet me with a smile and the kindest of words. The apartment itself is immaculate. For an example, the seasons changing I go outside all of the flowerbeds have been re-done to be winter flowers. The care that the maintenance and cleaning crew make to this building are top of line and even I know them on a first name basis and always met with a smile and a “good morning!”. If you are looking for a really amazing community all around stop looking because this place is it! I didn’t even touch on the amenities of this building but those things are simply just a plus.

I've lived at Marq31 for the last five years and have greatly enjoyed my stay! I previously moved every 1-2 years, so the length of my stay goes to show how amazing it has been. It is in a safe area, is conveniently located, and has amazing amenities. Everyone in the leasing office is so kind and friendly. Darlin, the community manager, is absolutely amazing and frequently goes above and beyond for her residents! Highly recommend!
